Eve Salon ships retail products throughout the United States.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will process the next business day.

Shipping Times

Standard shipping arrives within 3 to 5 business days. Expedited shipping arrives within 1 to 2 business days. Estimated times do not include processing time.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is a flat rate of $7. Expedited shipping is a flat rate of $15. Orders over $75 ship free.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at our salon during business hours. Select Local Pickup at checkout and we will email you when your order is ready.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier and replace your order if applicable.
